For all those in the middle of winter, here is a great snow day style (it also works in rainy climates!) that can be both formal and fun, here's today's tip of the day:

For medium to long hair, gather hair in a low poneytail, twisting your hair once and up towards your scalp in an up do. Fasten a hair clip around the twist, adjusting for height based on how much hair you want to leave out.

If only Justin Timberlake could bring sexy hair back, but really he doesn't have to.

I recently tried and now swear by Ojon's Restorative Hair Treatment which in recent weeks has taken my bleached, ironed, curled and dried out tresses and turned them into a high-shine commodity.

The clay-like texture turns into a rich oil (just warm it with your hands) that you just comb through your hair. The best part is the spring woods meets new furniture smell (just try it yourself to see what I mean).

Bonus: Oprah is a fan, having named it as one of her "Best Products for Summer" who wouldn't want Oprah's dreamy curls...

Sometimes its fun to wrestle with our natural look and blow-dry the hell out of those unruly curls or super flat hair but generally its a good idea to embrace what you have and use the right products to bring out your best look.
